About this event
Our Women’s Self Defense and Awareness workshop is designed to teach women the basics of what to do when faced with a situation that they weren’t able to avoid. This opportunity is perfect for the young women heading to college, professionals juggling career and home life, as well as catering to established woman on the go! It’s also perfect for those who are interested in finding out more about Krav Maga.
The workshop will taught by our Certified Krav Maga Worldwide Instructor Erica Devine and other advanced Krav Maga CDK female practitioners. There have been countless studies of women that were able to fight their way out of terrible situations after taking just one proficient self defense workshop.
